Lee Ann began her career in the real estate business after studying graphic arts in her home town of Chicago. Leaving the city, she moved to a picturesque lake community in Northwest Indiana with her husband John, a custom builder and entrepreneur. While assisting John with the design and furnishing of new homes, Lee Ann developed a passion for architecture, home décor and real estate. In 1993, Lee Ann became a Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Agent. A short time later, Lee & John purchased a summer home in the North Carolina Mountains and in 2000, moved to North Carolina full time with their three sons. Lee Ann opened her own real estate brokerage in the community of Valle Crucis, where she quickly became one of the area’s top performing agents. After moving her family to the village of Blowing Rock, Lee Ann’s business followed suit and she opened her second brokerage, Realty on Main. Lee and John missed the lake life they had enjoyed with their family, so they decided to move to Lake Norman, build a home and buy a boat! Michael’s experience in the real estate industry began in the late 1990’s while working with his parents and two brothers in the family real estate and development business. He moved to North Carolina with his family in 2000 and in 2005 became an associate broker at Sotheby’s International Realty in the private golf community of Linville Ridge. After gaining experience in luxury home market, he formed his own boutique real estate brokerage High Ground Investment Properties. Despite the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains, he was soon drawn to the bustling Charlotte Metro Area and the peaceful shoreline of Lake Norman. Michael specializes in real estate sales and investment activity including lakefront properties, new construction, commercial office/warehouse management and land development. Michael is a proud graduate of Appalachian State University and a Walker College of Business MBA.
